Can I order multiple copies of any title?

Yes — you can order multiple copies of a title. However, all items and quantities are subject to availability at the time of fulfillment.

We may need to limit or adjust quantities if stock is lower than expected. If we’re unable to fulfill part of your order, we’ll either adjust it with your approval or issue a full refund for the unavailable items.

Our goal is always to make sure you’re happy with your order.

Do all your comics come bagged and boarded?

Yes! Every comic book we ship is bagged and boarded to keep it protected and in great condition when it arrives.

What is your return policy?

Because of the collectible nature of the comics and merchandise we sell, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns.

What is the Geek Elite Pull List and how does it work?

The Geek Elite Pull List is our subscription service that makes sure you never miss an issue of your favorite comics. It’s free to join, and you also get a 15% discount on your comics.

Here’s how it works:

  • Sign Up: Fill out our form with the titles you’d like added to your pull list.
  • Billing: Each month, you’ll be billed for the titles you’ve chosen that are available for pre-order.
  • Shipping: Once all of your books for that cycle have arrived, we carefully pack them and ship them together to help you save on shipping.

A few things to know:

  • Changes to your list must be made at least three weeks before release date.
  • Annuals, tie-ins, and relaunches must be added individually.
  • Variants and alternate covers are first come, first served — but you can request a specific cover by emailing us in advance at 2geekscomics@gmail.com.

What happens if an item in my order is unavailable or the listing is incorrect?

We do our very best to keep our inventory and product listings accurate, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If an item is unavailable or there’s a listing error, don’t worry — we’ll take care of you.

Here are the options we’ll provide:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit to use on any future purchase
  • Order adjustment if you’d like to swap or change your order

Our priority is making sure you’re happy with the outcome, so we’ll work with you to find the solution that works best.

Can I cancel an order?

All orders are processed automatically once they’re submitted, which means we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you run into an issue after placing an order, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help with solutions where possible.

What is an FOC date?

FOC stands for Final Order Cut-Off. This is the deadline publishers set before sending a title/product to print. Orders can be increased or decreased up until the FOC date. After that, the order is locked in.

  • Why it matters: FOC dates give us (and you) the best chance to guarantee availability on upcoming titles.
  • Changes: Publishers may adjust FOC dates, which can also affect release dates.

If you’d like to make sure you don’t miss out on an upcoming release, placing or adjusting your order before the FOC date is the safest way.

Are your prices in US Dollars?

Our store prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default. For your convenience, we’ve added a currency converter in the header (top of the page) so you can view prices in other currencies.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping depends on what you order and where it’s going. Shipping time depends on your shipping location. everything shipped has tracking. We do not profit from shipping costs. All shipping rates are provided directly from Canada Post.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship worldwide using Canada Post as our primary carrier. Every order includes tracking for secure delivery.


  • Packaging: Our standard box size is 14 × 11 × 7 in. Items are packed with bubble wrap and/or packing paper to ensure they arrive undamaged.

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated directly by Canada Post and depend on your order and delivery location. We do not profit from shipping fees.

  • Responsibility: While we do our best to package items safely, once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for damages or delays caused during transit by third parties.

Who pays customs duty — the sender or the receiver?

Duties and taxes are determined by Customs in the destination country. The receiver is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges before the package can be delivered.
